Hi,

I recently received help to "restore" The Microsoft Sound after losing it to whatever. Now, the familiar "click" sound, heard when one points to a link and left-clicks, has gone missing. Can anyone point me to (no pun intended) the place from which I can retrieve that? Does it have a specific name?

THANKS in advance

There is a simple fix to that, simply go to start > run. Type in the run box mmsys.cpl. Click on the sounds tab, then in the drop down box that says Sound Scheme:, choose Windows Default and click Ok. That will put your sounds back to the Windows Default.

Good luck,
Adam
