Exclamation IE KEEps Freezing Up!

I have a HP desk computer with Windows XP and use IE 7.Hi! I am not sure what to do, but my computer locks up for about 40 seconds and then it tells me this.A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?"Can you please help me?
Thanks,
netta

Could you tell us the website that it happens on? It's more than likely an error with the page and not your computer.

The problem is likely with a dodgy script on a users myspace page there's really nothing you can do about it but turn off scripting (which might interfere with other pages)

I use Firefox on MySpace now and it works fine. IE 7 works fine on the rest of the sites.
