Default [Resolved] Help - Driver Issue!

Hi all,

i installed this softwared call USB Lock and after it installed i check my computer for removable devices and they seem have to dissappeared!

I get an error message:
A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.
Can anyone please help me!

Hello MZ241508,

The software is working properly. USB Lock AP hides USB storage removable drives, CD-RWs, and Floppy. Without blocking other USB devices like printers, mouse, cameras.....etc. To be able to access these devices you will need to use USB Lock's password protected interface.

After i installed USB Lock AP and run it a message came up and said
a unauthorized device is pluged in, please disconnect within 10 secs or your pc will shut down
and after i restarted my pc, it autostarts at startup with the same message. So i can't really do anthing, so i uninstalled it in safe mode but the removable devices have dissappeared.

I don't know what the unauthorized device is, all the devices i got connected are:

* Wireless keyboard USB
* Internal memory card reader (I installed long before i installed USB Lock AP)

Disconnect all your usb peripherals and download this:

|MG| Free Download - Nasty File Remover 0.7.2

Boot into safe mode and scan for drivers, remove ONLY the usb lock drivers (I'm assuming its a driver)

Boot into normal mode and reconnect your usb stuff and hopefully it'll be detected.

I'm not too sure how USB lock works (I'm assuming it's a driver) but there's a chance it 'poisons' other drivers so you may benefit from putting in your windows disk and going to start > Run > sfc /scannow
