Default No second click/new windows?

Hi, I was just wondering if there's anyway to solve this problem or if it's due to spyware or something..But if I open a lot of windows, eventually it won't let me open anymore and I'll lose the ability to second click, the only way I can get this back is to close windows/programs, then it'll let me open as many windows as programs I closed. This doesn't happen often, since I don't usually open lots of windows, but when it does happen it's extremely annoying to either have to close windows or restart completely. I googled this problem a while ago and came up with some good results, but the advice I found didn't seem to work, and I've tried googling it again, but for some reason I've found nothing at all, anyway that's why I'm here. I hope someone can help me get rid of this problem once and for all.

Welcome to the PCHF icrxsu.

Quick question...how many windows is "alot of windows" ?

I've never seen it happen, but it sounds like your computer can't handle the amount of programs you're opening.

I'm not sure how many exactly, but not tons, most likely under 20 or 30 but not in a row..Sometimes it still happens even after I've closed those windows and opened new ones
