1. When you changed the name of the Icon, was there a warning stating that to change the name might affect its ability to function properly?

2. When you right click on the ICON, is there a Open With option?
If there is an arrow associated with the Open With option, what programs does it list.

3. If there is no arrow, click on the Open With... option.
This should open another window. What is the Recommended Program: listed?

Ok it has been here for so long now i cant remember if it warned me anything at a push id say it didnt but dont quote me on that!

I have tried to right click and check it however it hasnt that "OPEN WITH" option

All there is is

OPEN
EXPLORE
----------------
CREATE SHORTCUT
RENAME

As i am new i dont know how to upload a screenshot but if you give me some quick instructions ill post one!

Take the screenshot (printscrn) and paste it into paint then save it as a jpg. Then, if you click on 'Go advanced' when composing your post, scroll down and there will be 'imageshack toolbar' click browse and select your screenshot, it will then load a page with a few links, just copy and paste one of the links that have the prefix [IMG]

Hello, have you tried booting into safe mode and trying to delete it from there?
