I'm an american living in Mexico, just at the border, so, when i bought my pc, the regional settings were by default for Mexico, Spanish, etc. So, i had many limitations in many web pages or software for not being available in my location, etc. Then, I changed my regional settings for USA, English, etc. and saved them, reboot the pc, etc. But even having done that, when I surf the web, I still get recognized by the web pages as for Mexican regional settings, even if in the regional settings options, in the control panel, the default settings are set for the US.
Help please...
Thank u..

Hiya Javalmont,
Welcome to The PCHF I think the problem might not be the pc but your Internet supplier. The sites are probably seeing you connected from a Mexican ISP and so regardless of the pc settings you'll be seen as connected from Mexico. There are proxy sites that may help you to get to the US sites, do a google on this and you should find one to help
