Heya Custom,

Dlcdmon.exe is a process from Dell device monitor. Have you recently made any changes to your Dell services?

It would appear to me that a file(s) relating to Dell device monitor were either removed improperly or are corrupt and now when it tries to start up, the program is corrupted so it shows the error.

To help get rid of the error from showing up, I would click the start button, then run, then run msconfig.exe, check the services tab and startup tab for anything related to Dell device monitor and deselct it. After that, you can try a program like CCleaner and/or Registry Mechanic to clean up your Windows registry to remove bad file associations and other such problems. In CCleaner, the registry scan is under the issues button in case you have problems finding the registry cleaner. CCleaner is free and you can get to it in the link at the bottom of my post.

Hope that helps!
