[Resolved] Need help with my Pc

ey guys, i have 2 windows on my pc. And i am wondering how do i delete one to free some room on my pc? I am also wondering how can i remove everything off my pc? Beucase i have made a back of everything and i put it in a folder soo know i just need to remove everything for room to put the backups on it.

One way to remove everything from the Hard Drive on your PC is to reformat the drive.
Then, you can reinstall a fresh copy of Windows.
