Hi when my pc accidently gets cut off or restarted without restarting properly I thought scandisk kicked in on its own, but on my computer it dont wonder if any of u had any thoughts???

Boot up in the safe mode, then shutdown, then reboot up normally.
That should get you going again.

It should be F8. During bootup, press and hold the F8 key down.
You might get a drive option first.
If you do, just press the Esc key.
Then, resume pressing and hold down the F8 key again.
