Press enter and accept the license agreement, now make sure your xp partition is selected and press R this should give you a recovery install.

It will seem just like a normal install, don't panic your files will still be there

ok every thing went fine. i pressed enter. i accepted the license

but then i was brought to a page where i was again given 3 choices.

move up and down to select ur partition of disk

press enter to set up windows xp on that disk

to create a partition on an unpartitition disk press C

to delete a partition press D.

well what should i do next?

it'll reinstall the nessesary bits over the top of your original os and you won't lose nowt
