Default Outlook Express

My PC OS = Win XP HE; Internet=MS Explore: E-mail=Outlook Express.<-- telstar-online.net
Problem 1: Outlook Express quit two months ago and won't route E-mail from ISP (telstar-online.net) although MS Explore Properties still show it. I downloaded a new Outlook Express but the situation remains the same.
Problem 2: Prior to Problem 1, I couldn't get to the Outlook Express local folders in C-drive. It used to be accessible through: Documents and Settings\my name\Local Settings\Application Data\I.D. but now after Doc. & Settings nothing works.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Boze

In regards to your email "routing" problem, you'll need to talk to your ISP to check settings, etc.

In regards to your access to Documents and Settings issue...what kind of error message are you getting?
Have you done a repair install of Windows recently?
