Hi adreval, are you getting any error messages when you try and connect?

Hi

no just the usual check settings, which i have done and all seem perfectly normal. at first i thought it was in work offline mode, but thats not the case.

i have tried the connection diagnostic, comes back with no problems found.

Hrmmmm...

Ok, can you goto Start -> Run -> type in cmd and push Ok.
This will bring up the command prompt. Once in here, type ping Google
Do you get a response? Or just "Request Timed Out" message?
