Hey

My friend can't connect to the internet. He was given a xp computer by a friend of his.
When he looks in device manager, there is a yellow question mark by pci communications controller and ethernet. What can he do to fix that?
I believe his motherboard is an intel desktop board. Its a dell computer.

your friends computer needs network card drivers - goto the Dell website and search for his specific model of computer and it will list drivers for it
