windows xp pro...The help and support file does not open when I click on it...can't find the file doing a search....when I click help and support it does nothing...
any help will be greatly appreciated...

Hey there
 ,do you have an XP CD?, If so insert it into your CD Drive and then hit the Windows Key+R, in the run box type sfc /scannow and let it do it's thing . Hopefully this should help. Bugsey .
