I am needing to log in a whole room of computers (around 32) to a specific user acount at one time. (Instead of walking to each machine individually and logging them in). We are in a networked environment using active directory. Is there a way to do this? I have had some ideas, but I am not sure how to go about them. Some of the ideas include remotely changing the registry to autologon to the specific user, and then somehow initiating autologon while at the logon screen.?? I am able to spawn commands to each of the machines, so running a small program wouldn't be too hard. Any ideas are much appreciated.

Welcome to the PCHF javi
What is the purpose of the user that is to automatically logon? Is it just a temporary thing, or permanent?

It would be something used once a week. For updates, etc, I don't want to have to go to each machine to log them in as administrator. It would save me a lot of walking. I would not want these computers to be logging on automatically on each reboot, just when I initiated it from one computer

They are all running Windows XP Pro attached to a domain with active directory. They are all the same model of computer, running a copy of the same disk image.
