Default PSRegApi.dll error at startup

For some time now, i have been getting this error message saying that PsRegApi.dll has failed to start or somethng and that i should reinstall the program. I tried uninstalling Intel PROSet Wireless from my computer. Then i run CCleaner and restart. Then i reinstall the PROSet Wireless and i still get the same error after I restart with the program installed again. I have also tried repairing the file with the PROSet wireless Installation disc. But it still gives me the same message. Ive ran antiviruses and i get nothing. This thing is driving me nuts, any one know what i can do to make this stop?

ok the error i get at start up is iFrmewrk.exe was unable to start and that PsRegApi.dll could not be found.

Well, I checked the "Shared DLL's section" and rean the scan.
But it says that it found no errors.
