When you right click something, you know how you select what you want with a little blue bar? Well when I do it lately, the little blue bar stays on the screen semi-transparent. It doesnt go away until I restart. I have checked with Norton and theres no viruses. Someone please help me get rid of this!!

Heres what it looks like

No not highlight, I right clicked on a link and then clicked "Open in New Window", and as you can see in the picture its still there. Its always on top no matter what window I go into, even on the desktop. It also does this if I right click the taskbar and then click "close". It does this a lot and it wont go away until I restard.

Browser is "hanging" -- IE 7 ??

I've been having the same issue-- it is not solved yet... (might be a conflict) it is sporadic--though. I am still researching this 1. If it happens all the time... try Firefox. Alternate browsers are handy sometimes.

If it's the same issue I've been having-- no buttons work. Nothing.
Freezes up solid til I use the "three finger salute" (Ctrl/Alt/Delete)and end task via task manager. There have been some Windows Updates for IE7 already-- it could be the video card driver-- ATI Radeon-- Or even firewall. Have not had a minute to look at logs.
