Default Astrisk error sound when starting my laptop.

hello guys i get this funny astrisk sound when i start my laptop. only plays thats sound when i start my laptop can any one tell me how to fix this thanks.

if you dont know what the asterisk sounds like. Open sounds and audio devices properties and click sounds tab there you can see asterisk thats the sound i hear at the start up.

obviously not a motherboard beep, at what point does it make a beep becuase if its when the desktop is up it could be a program.
