I get an error message saying that IE has unexpectantly quit do you want to send an error report to microsoft. It happens within 1-2 mins of me going on line then every few minutes when i go back on. Its driving me mad. I'm no teckie so no hard to do fixes please. I installed the XP service pack 2 and IE version 7 thinking this may resolve the problem, now worse!
Any help greatly appreciated. i don't want to pay for a fix that dosen't work again!

Im sorry but I do not know how to fix this, a suggestion could be to try a different browser, like firefox and see if the problem still occurs.

Hi there melissaann and welcome to PC Help Forum.

We need to see a "minidump" file that gets generated as a result of this error. Can you go to c:\windows\minidump and find the file that corresponds with the latest crash. Attach it in your next post and we'll take a look at it for you.
