Windows XP/2000 - [Resolved] Unexplained cpu usage posted in the Operating Systems forums; NOthing of those was neccesary but i cant say im dissapointed about the hepl u offered.. it was my usb lan cable cousing all the lagging once removed cpu usage ...

NOthing of those was neccesary but i cant say im dissapointed about the hepl u offered.. it was my usb lan cable cousing all the lagging once removed cpu usage went back to zero thats why it appeared also in safe mode cz i tried booting in safemode with network enabled
