I have problems accessing the animation that normally auto-plays when you inserted the boot disc into a cd-rom. This is only prevalent in Windows XP SP2 is there any solutions to this, as i am not able to access the animated screen whenever it is service pack 2. Please enlighten me thanks!

I'm not familiar with this at all. The only thing I can think of is - if you're not seeing a menu from a disc in Windows...is it related to a corrupt or missing Flash Player installation?
