Hello Valis,

Yes, we gave it a good run. I tried to do a fresh install and hit the blue screen again. Back to square one again. At least I still have this noisemaker drive with the OS on it. That's what I'm running right now.

And a big YES, you have helped immensely. This is by far the BEST computer help forum I have been to. Thank You!!

Yes, with the XP disk. Right after it copied files into the installation folders, it restarts. It's right then that it gets the brain **** and goes to the blue screen.

Do you think that would work? I tried to install on it right out of the box, with the full xp disk, and still received the blue screen. BUT, it definately would be worth a try!!
