Hi everyone,
yesterday i was working with my PC and suddenly I got the blue screen of death. I tried to restart it, but in the first attempts i kept getting quick flashing blue screens and then the pc would reboot, getting stuck on a black screen where the motherboard logo screen would appear, i just could see the led on my PC turn on. When i came back, i tried to start my PC, and now the it starts, but no beeps at all. Starts mean that the power fan, the chassis fan, the cooler fan, the HDD works, i can see and hear them, but no beeps. i decided to take all the plugin piece out of the motherboard, and restart with each one of them alone. I thought it could be the graphic card, but not, i changed 3 of them and no beeps. I also checked the RAM, one by one, but still no beeps, and nothing comes up. I am presuming that may be my CPU has the prob, but i don't know what else can i do at this point.


I am running a MSI K7N2 Delta 2, Athlon XP 3200, 2 Gigs of memory, 600w powersupply

Has your board ever produced post beeps? Check that the internal speaker is properly connected to the motherboard header before considering a costly purchase
