You need to import the file through regedit, follow the steps in my previous post and import the .reg file.

Doctadrone:

Open my computer and click "Tools" up in the bar at the top. Click on "Folder Options." Head over to the "File Types" tab and look in that first box. In a few seconds it should come up with a big long list of file extensions. Scroll down until you see "REG" under the "Extensions" part. It should say "Opens With" below when you highlight the REG row. Click that button, click Browse at the bottom, and navigate to C:\WINDOWS and select "regedit.exe"

Then you should be able to open the registry editing file we sent by double-clicking it

If "REG" is not listed in the File Types list, click New beneath the extensions window, and in the File Extensions box, type REG and then do what I told you above.

If it STILL doesn't work, go to the Start Menu and click Run. Type C:\WINDOWS\regedit.exe and then click OK. Then follow Ryanm's instructions.

Next, go to the Prework listed in this page:

You more than just regedit.. you need the regsvr32.exe to read it..
