Hi guys its me again. Just want to ask about download problem. My cousin told me that he cant download everything. Every site that has download file he cant download. Whats the problem? My cousin harddisk got reformated. He said The technician didn't install microsoft office due to some reason about personal or rush hour lol. Does anyone know whats the problem of my cousin' pc? He cant download every downloadable file. Does it affect because he dont have MS-Office? Thanks in advance.

Hi. Hmm nope he doesnt receive any error or something. BTW he said his downloading a file right now. But the problem is the other file was cant download on other site or other downloadable. But i try on my pc i can download same file that he cant download. Sorry for my english. Thanks again.
