Default Memory Error Message at startup

SVCHOST.EXE (I have 7 of this files active?)

Instruction at "0x7c918fea" referenced memory at "0x00000010". Memory could not be written.

Click "OK" to terminate
Click "Cancel" to debug

"Cancel" does not debug - repeats at each startup and memory (1 gig+) is slowed.
How can I correct this problem and why 7 diles with the saame name and different sizes?

Thanx, Ahbleza

Hello Ahbelza,

Welcome to PCHF.

There are many different possible causes to this particular error, but at this point, it sounds most likely malware. Other possible causes include anything from a faulty device driver, to faulty memory itself.

Please can you follow PCHF Prework on my signature, and post and AVG and HiJackThis log back here.
