can my network administrator see activity?

Hi, I work in a medium-sized business (about 100 users), and am just wondering if my network administrator can gain access to my personal files, and see activity such as what files I copy/delete etc?

Welcome to PCHF mcsgraham..

There is an old saying in the IT department ( Don't have anything on your work station you wouldn't want your mother to see...) Alot has to do with how paranoid your company or Net Admin is. Safest bet is if the rules say tho shalt not then don't..
