You might need to install the drivers of the sound cards brand. Have you tried that?

Hi Himashi,

I apologize that you didn't get your problem solved last time. Now we will try and help you solve this, please follow these steps to find out the make and model of your sound card:

1. Start
2. Run
3. type in dxdiag
4. Press Enter
5. Look at Sound tab
6. Record the Device Name and the Driver Version

Once i have that information i can find some drivers to try for you.

Chris

Theres nothing showing up, but on the bottom theres a note that says

"No sound card was found. If one is expected, you should install a sound driver provided by the hardware manufacturer."
