I recently got a used computer that had windows 98, so while i was trying to install ME in it it errored out to the blue screen. After restarting it I tried again to install Me, but than it said this computer will only run in the ms dos mode. Evidentally I knocked out all of the windows operating system. Well, I was able to install windows xp home edition and it works just fine. My question is that when I start up a screen comes on that says,
Please select the operating system to start
Microsoft Home Edition XP
Microsoft Windows

I have Home Edition xp highlighted and if i don't click enter than after about 20 seconds it will start normally. Is there a way I can elimated this step and just have it automatically start up with XP??
Hopefully you have a solution for this - it is just annoying.
