Hrmmm...the "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" under the Owner tab should do that for it all...
If that doesn't work...i'm not aware of a way to write it into a batch file...so it might be all manual entry

AHHHHHHHHHHHH Edit: I think I did it.. Kinda sucks working in 640 x 480 though  Re-edit: It's going slow.. Windows is very friendly at this level :S
