If you have Win XP and most probally Vista, you do not need to install extra applications to set the correct time.

Control Panel / Date And Time / click on the Internet Time / put a tick in Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server.

What Arctos posted is why I've come to despise all the News channel hosts and "x0mG y2K agenn!!!" enthusiasts.

I agree Arctos that you can tick on Date and Time, but it syncs just once a week where this syncs every bootup. You are still going to be late for work on Monday.

Mine updates daily with Win XP Pro which is why I posted it. I do not post stuff for the sake of posting to get my post count up... 8(

Hey Guys,

@Captain - Thank you so much for posting that very valuable information. For ALL machines that were manufactered prior to 2005, it could be extremely useful.

NOTE: All users with PCs manufactered prior to 2005, make sure that you take into consideration your machine was not programed to be ready for this DST change. You may want to encorporate a utility such as posted by Captain in order to simplify your manual adjustments.

@Arctos - While I appreciate the fact that you feel you do not post in order to raise your count, that does not excuse negative posting to users who are trying to be helpful to the other users at large. It may be that your PC doesn't need this utility. Don't use it. Your comments are unhelpful to any other user who is not using XP Pro, or who has an older system. You know perfectly well that we do not tolerate useless, negative posts on this site, and I expect you to behave yourself when commenting in future. It serves no one to be critical if you have nothing positive to add.
