Default Digital Camera Issues

Just got my new digital camera through the post today, bargain off of Ebay. Everythings working fine with the camera itself, it's just that Windows doesn't want to make things easy. I've installed the software and drivers that came on the disc, I can view all my pictures and video clips on them no problem. However, when I want to set it up as a 'PC Cam' or webcam, so I can view everything in real time on my screen, Windows doesn't seem to be recognizing the device. I get the error below (click it, it's a link)......

ImageShack - Hosting :: hardwareerrorxl7.png

Any thought's guys?

Just for the record, the make of the camera is a I.T. Works DSC-538 and I'm using XP.

Thanks

Also, I'm getting errors in my device manager, which is starting to become really annoying because every time I boot up Windows, I get the 'found new hardware wizard' twice. You can see the problematic ones below....

I can't install them, can't roll back driver or anything, because it says I'm missing a file. Could this be linked in any way to problem with my camera?
