Default Encountered problem

Alot of my software and games have always got encountered problem notifications coming up.

i dont understand why this keeps happening.

i get 2 of these pop up on the shutting down of the PC because of Counterstrike source. and sometimes the loading of the game itself. and i get it alot with Opera.

Please Help.
