im having a party and am sick of people getting onto my computer and just using it for whatever they want, but we use it to listen to music.

What i want to do is create a 'guest' account and deny access to everything but itunes.
Ive tried to remove the permitions for read/execute but for some reason that doesnt do anything.

if i remove this new account from the 'users' group and create a 'guest' group and then deny all permitions would this work?

What you can do is create a Guest account and stash all the music/video files in the Shared Documents folder, that way they'll be able to use them freely and not mess with anything else

There's a program i used to use for this purpose...called MusicMatch Jukebox...i'm not sure if it still exists.

It would go full screen and unless you knew how to use the program, it wouldn't let you minimise or reduce the size of it.

Yes, but couldn't a simple Ctrl+W or Alt+F4 get rid of that? You would only need a little technical knowledge for that.
