Hello,

I formatted my uncles computer and backed up some files but he is missing one file. Is their anyway to recover recover this file? It is a quickbooks document.

It is likely, however I can't tell you for sure. Wait for one of the technicians to get to you.

Hi Ello,

It is possible...but stll there is a chance that the file has been overwritten and unrecoverable.

Download Final Recovery from anywhere, trial version, and browse to where the file used to be. If it's in there, great. However, the trial version doesn't let you restore the files...it just lets you view..it's very cheap if the file is there.
