Default problems deleting files

Hi y'all, I was reading the thread on care and maintenance and I tried following the guides but when it came to deleting the files from the temp folder I got the message unnable to delete files cause file being used by some other person or program. The file in question was one of many recently dumped there when I installed my HP printer software. Can anyone explain? Should I still delete these HP files? and if so how? cheers!

Hi ali1ear, have you tried deleting these files in safe mode?
