Default Install Drivers

Everytime I boot up XP, I get that little thing pop up urging me to install a certain driver. When I choose to install it automatically I get an error stating that I need a certain file and that I should insert my 'SP2 CD'...which I don't have. When I go in to Device Manager, I can see that three things have a yellow exclamation mark next to them, BUT, everything is functioning perfectly fine on my computer, so it's not as if I'm in need of a driver.

In fact, I'm pretty sure that if I disable the drivers completely, a few things won't work, so it's a strange one.

Any ideas as to how I can rid of these annoyances? Thanks a bunch.

IEEE 1394 Controller

PCI Simple Communications Controller

SM Bus Controller (That ones listed under 'Other Devices', not sure if that makes a difference)
