Default [Resolved] problem in xp
Hello, i just want to ask if anyone knows or might try to help to resolve my problem.
This never happened to me before until today, if i listen to the music and try to open or run any anplication, music "lags" for few second/s, after program load itself the music unlag back :S...i really dunno what to do, this never happened before...everything was running smoothly until now...i did not isntalled any codecks or new drivers i checked bios, checked msconfig, checked audio drivers/programs i really did everything i could and now i need help i really dunno what can cause music to lag after i run an aplication...:_S my pc specs: 1,7ghz, 1gbram, geforce5500...

Welcome to PCHF msoldier!

Do you get any problems with running any other applications like slowness etc. This could be related to malware.

Well the pc runs kinda slowly meybe i just feel it becouse of those lags that music gets me when i run applications :S.. really disturbing...once i meybe had same problem like 2-3 years ago, but im not sure how i fixed it...i think it was something wrong with disks or something :s...ive noticed when i go to my computer or things like that windows needs more time to load thumbs...strangly even wauauclt.exe and svchost.exe gets "insane" time to time :S..

Yeah i agree with Upgrader, i think it's Malware.


Could you follow the Prework located in my signiture and post a Avg Antispyware and Hijackthis log for the secruity team to check .

I did all that "ladygreenwitch" said on his topic about Prework...and the music still lags when i run anything.. seeems like something with svchhost.exe and wuauclt.exe went wrong :S.. svch. host used around 40kb when i downloaded alot and such and wuauclt.exe never used more than 4kb if i remember good and now they get crazy and use time to time 100% of pc by no reason...:S...

Hi msoldier, can you please post the logs from both HiJackthis and AVG Anti-Spyware for our security team to check out? They will be able to spot things you might miss.
