Default Random Coloured Screens

Hi,

When i am using my laptop, once every while (not too regular), the screen goes a bright colour. I press any buttons and it does nothing, i have to close down and restart. Sometimes it is purple, sometimes green etc but it just seems to be completely random.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

I would suggest an update of your chipset AND graphics driver to see if that fixes the problem: Downloads

Thanks. I probably won't know for a while if that has fixed it but hopefully it does.
