Windows XP/2000 - [Answered] please help! moving windows.. posted in the Operating Systems forums; Hey! I really need help..for some time whenever I go to move a window the whole window won't move..just the outline of it. I had fixed it before- just forgot ...

Exclamation [Answered] please help! moving windows..

Hey!

I really need help..for some time whenever I go to move a window the whole window won't move..just the outline of it. I had fixed it before- just forgot how. >_< It looks like this..http://i18.tinypic.com/2e67rmh.jpg How can I fix it so that when I go to move a window, the whole window moves? Thank you in advance for your help! xD

Welcome to PCHF - do you mean this?

Right click on the desktop > properties >

Select Appearance
  1. Select the Effects button
  2. Place a checkmark in the "Show window contents while dragging" checkbox to enable this setting. place the checkmark to disable/enable it.
