no, that's usually not good.....most of the time, when I see br_rt.dll it's malware related. I'd recommend following the prework link in my signature and going from there; if you are not infected, then we can rule that out, but again, just about every time I've seen that, it's been malware related.

so what's up? Are you going to format? If so, that will cure this problem. If not, please got through the prework link in my signature, and we'll get to work on fixing it.

But let us know what you want to do.

You should do the prework as suggest it should fix the problem if you follow the instructions
