im assuming this isnt good.?

no, that's usually not good.....most of the time, when I see br_rt.dll it's malware related. I'd recommend following the prework link in my signature and going from there; if you are not infected, then we can rule that out, but again, just about every time I've seen that, it's been malware related.

You should do the prework as suggest it should fix the problem if you follow the instructions
