Default WinXP Boot CD

Does anyone know how to create a WinXP boot CD? I don't want to use my XP recovery CD as it automatically re-installs, so I need a boot CD that lets me look at my hard drive before I use recover.

My PC does not have a floppy drive so the various stuff on Bootdisk.com won't work for me.

thanks

Keith P

XP will not automatically re-install without user input.
What do you want to look at on your hard drive?

Default WinXP boot

I want to check out, and copy, my data. I just don't trust the XP recovery CD!

Im assuming you cant boot the machine then?

is it possible for you to take out the hard drive and put it in another computer so you can transfer data?

Trust the recovery CD.
We cannot advise on copying XP
