Unhappy Internet Explorer 7

Dear Sir /Madam,

My nephew recently purchased Windows XP Home Edition on a brand new pc.

He wants to go online and so he purchased Sky broadband as his mother had Sky tv.

However, there seems to be a problem. Sky say that IE7 is missing from his pc and that is why he cannot connect to the internet.

Do you have any advice that I can give my nephew:0(

Yours Truly

Justjohnnygo

Dear Upgrader

He says it is not registered in Add or Remove programmes.

PS Could I burn IE7 onto a cd-rom and install it on to his pc?

It's definitely woth a go - also, check in add/remove programs - windows components to see that IE is ticked as installed.
