[Answered] Isass.exe system error... no discs

Hello,
My boss just gave me one of his "old" custom computers, which is 10x better than what i currently have now. However, he wiped it before giving it to me and can't find any discs. He thought it was 2000 but I finally decide to just plug it in and see what happens... and it turns out it's XP Pro, but I get this isass.exe system error message. I tried to download a boot disc, but it didn't work. Any help would be appreciated, since I am on a tight budget.. and figure there's got to be a way to restore it to at least basic.. my plans are then to migrate old computer with new... using ditto

You may be able to restore to a previous time Chicha but in the long term and maybe even before you will need that disk that was used to install XP as the Registry could be corrupted.
