Default WinRAR Question

Just a quick question. I haven't used WinRAR in a while, and I have a large RAR Archive that I need to unpack. It's a folder which contains over 100 seperate RAR files, and I need to somehow unpack them and then create a single ISO image from them. I'm fine when it comes to making the image, I'll just use MagicISO, but I seem to be a bit stuck on how I actually deal with these large archives. Does anyone know how I should do it? When I right click on the folder, I have several options, I'm not sure which one to use...

Sorry I'm such a noob. It's just that, I don't want to mess it up straight away.

You already have software to extract you RAR files using WinRar?

I would have thought the best approach would be to create a folder somewhere called "ISO" for example. Within that folder create a seperate folder for each RAR, and then extract them one by one. Does that make any sense?
