hello, i have these problem that while i`m running any anti spy\worm program for scanning my pc just turning off,
now i know i have some king of mail worm that cald Zhelatin.b on my pc but i cant get rid of him becouse i`m never unable to complete the scann, this hapaning in safe mode as well
does any one have any idia that can help
