Good evening duckykitty... welcome to PCHF.

Might I ask... who is your current ISP ?
dialup or broadband?
Are you running a firewall? Popup blocker?
What Browser do you use ?
Is there a router between you and the web-- or do you connect directly?
What site(s) are you trying to connect to?
Is it ONLY with aol sites that the issue occurs ?

This info will give us a basis to start from.

Hey Guys,

@Duckykitty,

My welcome to the forums as well. Please do not start new threads regarding the same issue, it only makes it more difficult for the Techs to determine what has and has not been addressed, I am going to merge all of your threads into one, in order to get a better idea of what is going on with your AOL pages. Then Ih8bills and I can read through all of the previous troubleshooting ideas.

Hi Duckykitty,

Had a chance to read through the other posts, and I'd like you to please download CCleaner from my signature, run and update it, then under Cleaner Settings, make sure that all settings are checked, including Advanced, click on OK, or Yes to each of the warnings that you get. Click on Analyze, once it has finished, click on Run Cleaner. Now do it again, until either you get a notice saying nothing else can be cleaned, or the analyzer keeps coming back with the same files even though you have cleaned them.

Now if there are files left, please post what they are back here.

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN
