Default Help - DLL Error

Hi folks. I'm new to this game and was wondering if anyone could help. Here's my problem:

On Startup, the following error message is displayed:

'Could not load DLL: FNGMHLIB'

Its only started happening recently but happens every time i start up - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Hi and welcome to PCHF.

This component seems to have some relation to mice or touchpads. Can you have a look in your startup tab in msconfig (Start > run > msconfig) and tell us what is listed there as ticked and starting with XP.

Hi, sorry about the delayed reply. OK, here's the list of startup items checked:

mHotkey
atiptaxx
Apoint
MailChkr
NeroCheck
InCD
jusched
realsched
SOUNDMAN
iTunesHelper
E_S10IC2
mcciTrayApp
ybrwicon
avgas
SNM
MSASCui
GoogleToolbarNotifier
ctfmon
Adobe Gamma Loader
Belkin Wireless Utility
BT Broadband Desktop Help
Microsoft Office

Plus there's a box checked with a blank space beside it (under startup item) - the only info given is under location and thats:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Ok, start by un-ticking Apoint and the one with nothing next to it. Re-boot and test.
