Hi there.

I have windows xp sp2, 3.0 ghz processor, .99 gb RAM

Things such as iTunes album covers(art) and certain screensavers do not work. The screen saver says, "cannot create direct3d device"

And itunes says "iTunes is unable to browse album covers on this computer."

Any help?

Hi, Bemyesscape43,

Have you recently updated your video drivers? The problem could arise there. If you haven't, try updating them, if you have then try rolling back to the old drivers, or try finding and older version.

As far as iTunes not finding the album art, is there the ossibility that the files arent on your machine (I don't use iTunes so I'm not sure how it works exacly in regards to that).

Just tossing some ideas out there.
