Is this an integrated video card or an add in Card? Again, Have you tried just the motherboard connected to the power supply, only w/ Cpu & ram. Also plz post model of mother board and current cpu. If you help us out maybe we can help you get this thing up and running.

Hey guys...

A black screen with power and nothing else generally indicates BIOS settings are wrong - or the motherboard might be faulty.


jcannon - can you please try and reset your BIOS?
If the computer is around 2-3 years old you should be able to unplug the power cable from the back of your computer - push the power button 10-15 times and then plug the cable back in - this *should* reset your BIOS.
